Can't bring your computer to us in person? Choose the most convenient way to get your device to our workshop. All deliveries and collections must be arranged in advance.
Local Delivery via Uber
Many customers arrange a local courier through Uber to deliver their laptop or PC directly to our workshop. A convenient option when you can't make the journey yourself. Please confirm a suitable delivery time with us before booking a courier, and check the service's rules for electronic equipment.
Royal Mail & UPS — UK-wide
Outside London? We accept suitably packaged computers sent from across the UK via Royal Mail or UPS. Tracked services and additional cover may be available, subject to each carrier's terms and exclusions. Contact us before posting your equipment.
Personal Drop-Off
Prefer to bring your device yourself? Arrange a convenient appointment to leave it at our private workshop. Collection is also by appointment; there is no customer waiting area.
How it works: Contact us first, arrange delivery, then receive a no-obligation repair quotation after assessment. We only begin repairs once you've approved the price.

Are repair quotes free?
Yes. We offer free, no-obligation workshop repair quotes after you drop off your device for assessment.
Will I get a quote on the same day?
Usually, yes. More complex faults may require additional assessment time, so same-day quotes are not guaranteed.
Can I visit without an appointment?
No. We accept equipment drop-offs and collections by prior appointment only. This is a private workshop with no waiting area, so customers cannot wait on site while devices are assessed or repaired.
Do you repair Apple Macs as well as Windows PCs?
Yes. We work with Mac and Windows computers, subject to model-specific repairability and parts availability.
Can you repair a motherboard or graphics card instead of replacing it?
In some cases. We assess component-level repair options where technically feasible. Not every board or GPU fault is repairable.
Can I send my computer by Uber or courier?
Yes, by prior arrangement. Local customers may be able to use Uber parcel delivery, while customers elsewhere in the UK can arrange suitable tracked delivery via Royal Mail or UPS. Please contact us before sending anything and check the carrier’s rules and insurance exclusions for electronics.
